Overview
Academy Construction & Development (formerly Academy Developments) commenced operation in 2002. Our main operations and services are development, management, design and construction. Our experience and expertise originated in traditional trade skills and has evolved into a sophisticated organisation offering a diverse range of services.
We have an extensive residential design and construction heritage that spans over 20 years. To date, over 500 townhouses and units have been constructed consisting of Government funded and private funded work. All projects were completed on time and on budget, with no lost time injuries recorded.

We remain focused on residential housing. Our team's point of difference is a determination to understand and implement the requirements of our customers in two ways. Firstly, we recognise the needs of the resident. We build homes for people. The home needs to be functional, reliable, represent good value, and last a long time. Secondly, we have a strong commitment to clients and take seriously our responsibility to deliver in accordance with contracts.
